Multiple Injuries Reported After Bus Collision in Amaravati

At least 15 passengers were injured when two buses collided in Amaravati, the new capital city of Andhra Pradesh, on Monday morning. The incident occurred on the Vijayawada-Amaravati road, according to local authorities.
Guntur Superintendent of Police (SP) Arif Hafeez stated that no fatalities have been reported so far. A case has been registered, and an investigation is underway to determine the cause of the accident. The injured passengers were immediately rushed to nearby hospitals for medical treatment.
Local officials have not yet provided details on the extent of the injuries or the condition of the passengers. The collision is believed to have occurred due to a lapse in judgment or a technical failure in one of the buses.
