Organized Harassment Allegations Rock TCS Nashik Office

Allegations of sexual harassment, religious conversion attempts, and workplace misconduct have rocked the TCS Nashik office, with police filing multiple FIRs against several male employees.
According to investigators, seven male employees are believed to have acted as an organized group, targeting their female colleagues. The special investigation team is pursuing further custodial remand for a third case involving serious workplace offenses.
Two individuals accused in the alleged incidents have been remanded to judicial custody until April 18. Meanwhile, the TCS Nashik office is not permanently shut, with staff working remotely due to the ongoing situation.
Nashik police have also arrested an HR head for allegedly discouraging a victim from coming forward. Investigations are ongoing into potential links between the accused and extremist groups.
