TCS Nashik Scandal: Organized Harassment Targeting Female Employees Uncovered

Nashik police have uncovered a disturbing pattern of organized harassment and misconduct targeting female employees at the local TCS office. According to investigators, a group of seven male IT workers allegedly acted as a coordinated gang, carrying out a campaign of sexual harassment and religious conversion attempts against their female colleagues.

The scandal first came to light when multiple FIRs were filed, leading to the arrest of two individuals who have now been remanded to judicial custody until April 18. Authorities are also pursuing further custodial remand for a third suspect involved in serious workplace offenses.

Notably, the TCS Nashik office has not been permanently shut down, with staff continuing to work remotely as the investigation progresses. However, the HR head of the facility has also been arrested for allegedly discouraging one of the victims from coming forward.

Investigators believe the suspects may have links to extremist groups, and are examining this angle as part of their ongoing probe. Meanwhile, police suspect that more female employees may come forward with additional allegations as the case unfolds.
